After taking the reigns of the socials, we grew Charter’s Instagram reach to over 230K, growing by 189%. Our global and local ad campaigns reached 200-500K impressions across Google & Meta through strategic optimisations.
With no marketing direction in place the college was not taking advantage of latest digital opportunities and lacked a clear direction guiding their recruitment of students. Their marketing was heavy in tactical sales strategies like discounting and cold calling, with a limited focus on brand building, and awareness to conversion strategies. Mary-Anne was engaged in a Chief Marketing Officer role, to transform the brand marketing, digital marketing and provide team direction and mentoring.

Finding the best way to reach your target audience can be hard, but even more so when they’re located in a different region and speak a different language. We worked alongside the Charter Australia team, leveraging their cultural knowledge with our own industry experience to connect with the staff and students they were looking to support.
We undertook a strategy deep dive with Charter, working from ideal client strategy, through to brand positioning and then a look at all the marketing opportunities – digital and traditional that could be utilised. We created an action plan and a marketing calendar for 12 months ahead. We were then engaged to execute, and collaborated on repositioning the brand in the market, driving key campaigns, implementing email marketing, and establishing best practices for processes.
Our team took charge of managing Charter’s Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts, conducting a thorough cleanup of Charter’s socials, and implementing a managed strategy, fostering a clearer and more strategic approach. We created posts and captions across these platforms to enhance awareness and brand presence. We create a cohesive Instagram feed that is easy to navigate with on-brand graphics and content that puts the staff and students behind the brand front and centre.

We ran both Meta & Google Ads where we promoted Charter Australia’s services locally and internationally in countries such as Korea, Taiwan & Japan. Each ad was carefully curated and optimized for each location to gain promising traffic results. We implemented lead funnel design, to get engagement from student and business targets and delivered leads for the team to nurture through.
Additionally, we create and deliver both monthly and ad hoc email marketing campaigns to connect with the Charter community, keeping the business and their services front of mind.
