Creating a high-impact brand in a competitive market

We’ve improved the Google Ad effectiveness with increases in conversion rate average which are 22.55% in 2021 up from 0.34%. Space Shuttle now takes 32% share of all ad space. 

Problem

With no marketing direction in place the college was not taking advantage of latest digital opportunities and lacked a clear direction guiding their recruitment of students. Their marketing was heavy in tactical sales strategies like discounting and cold calling, with a limited focus on brand building, and awareness to conversion strategies. Mary-Anne was engaged in a Chief Marketing Officer role, to transform the brand marketing, digital marketing and provide team direction and mentoring.

Our Objective

As a start, we developed a brand identity including brand mark Astronaut and created a website and as well as the social media presence to support the brand identity.

Google Ads

We run extensive Google Ad campaigns, and Space Shuttle now takes 32% share of all ad space in this highly competitive space.

The Results

Some ways we have improved the Google Ad effectiveness include:

  • Increased average impression share to 52% in Dec 2021. (From 13.06% in Dec 2020)
  • Kept CPA well below the industry rate at $6.16 in 2021 despite COVID months
  • Increased conversion rate average to 22.55% in 2021 – up from 0.35% in December 2020
