Successful growth during tough times

As a full-service digital marketing agency, we were able to help build the foundations for launch and drive engagement with a niche target market, successfully launching the Inner West’s first integrative women’s health clinic. As a small and growing business, having an experienced organic and paid social media team on board helped the Papaya team reach new, ideal clients more efficiently, and focus on what they do best.

Problem

Launched in July 2023, we’ve worked with Papaya Clinic from the very beginning, and were the first port of call when it came to digital marketing for the Clinic Founder.

In less than 6 months, Papaya Clinic has opened its clinic doors, grown to a team of 9 and counting and expanded its combined social reach to over 40K, with the help of our digital and paid ads teams.

Our Objective

Our goal was to help Papaya establish a strong digital presence and successfully launch their new clinic in Newtown. We aimed to drive awareness and build anticipation across multiple channels, ensuring that appointments would be secured before the clinic’s doors officially opened.

Solution

Digital Marketing Strategy

Mary-Anne was engaged for a Full Marketing Strategy to launch the clinic, which commenced with a 2 hour face to face workshop. Working directly with the Clinic owner they built the foundations from ideal client to communications strategy, positioning and objectives for the first 12 months.

Following the Workshop the Wise Up team collaborated on the over Marketing Strategy building out the approach across paid and organic digital media, website and SEO, launch, promotions and branding, networking and referrals, CRM and email automation. This became the roadmap for launch.

Social Media & Content Management

The team worked on designing and creating engaging, educational and on-brand social media posts for Papaya’s Instagram and Facebook, communicating complex health information in accessible, engaging ways and building a community of like-minded women.

We also work alongside the clinical team to develop authentic and informative health content and provide monthly marketing mentoring. We were able to bring the brand story to life, having cheeky fun with Papaya branding, and ensuring a cohesive brand feel was felt throughout diverse content types – this helped to establish a strong online presence that talked directly to the bricks and mortar experience.

Social & Google Ads and Lead Funnel Design

Our Paid Ads team worked across Facebook, Instagram and Google to generate leads leads pre-launch. We used various lead magnets to engage the core audience and build the database whilst bookings were not open.

At launch we switched our strategy into driving traffic to the website and optimising towards bookings using practice software.

The Results

There’s nothing we love more than a client win! Recently we’ve helped Papaya achieve new heights in their digital marketing.

We assisted in the launch of their Newtown clinic in October 2023, promoting the opening with a multi-channel marketing campaign to secure appointments before the doors opened.

Over the past 6 months, we rapidly scaled Papaya’s social accounts, increasing Instagram reach by 1500%, profile visits by 329% and followers by 390% to a community of over 600 engaged followers as of January 2024.

On the paid ads front, we reached more than 186K accounts over the past 6 months, generating 3K clicks throughs to the website, click-through-rate (CTR) around 1% and with a cost per click (CPC) of $1.05.
