Increased growth to support better lives for thousands

In December 2023 we achieved an increase in Google conversions and revenue by +14% and +12% respectively. We also increased the return-on-ad-spend (ROAS) by +11%.

Problem

We were invited to pitch to Participate Australia amongst 3 other agencies, and were thrilled to be selected as their Marketing Partner.

Since 2022, we have been working with Participate Australia to help increase their social awareness and to create an engaged social community, via social media management and paid ads. The goal for Participate Australia, is to help support better lives for thousands of Australians with significant and permanent disabilities and their families and careers.

Our Objective

As a small business, we know how precious time is, that’s why Wise Up Marketing played such a crucial part in helping Participate Australia succeed. Being a part of Participate Australia, has allowed us to build a brand identity that shines, showcasing the fun activities, services they have to offer and most importantly their core values.

Solution

Marketing & Digital Strategy

We conducted a detailed audit of Participate Australia’s website and social channels to create a strategy aligned with their objectives. These objectives included, increasing community awareness and generating leads from parents, caregivers, and individuals. Our approach involved redesigning their website, breaking down their content with content pillars, implementing a strong branding plan for their social media and utilising paid advertising.

Design, Branding & Print Management

Following our strategy we were engaged to create a Sub Brand strategy to work alongside their corporate branding. We felt that their different services along with the plan to launch into a new service vertical, meant that colour coding and unique visual identify could benefit their brand building. We delivered a strategy that positioned each service uniquely, created colour and icon strategy and then created new printed materials to reflect the roll-out.

Social & Google Ads

Social Media Management – From consistently developing a strong social media presence with informative, engaging, and fun content highlighting the lives of their participants which has allowed us to strategically create a strong brand image and emphasise the core values that Participate Australia stand for.

We have worked on different account optimisations to ensure that we maintain a high CTR and maximise the intricacies of Google Grant account. We constantly try to update the assets and optimise accordingly to avoid ad fatigue and maintain good performance. We continue to work together in creating a more inclusive future for everyone through their socials and paid ads.

Website Management & Email Marketing

We completely rebuilt the Participate Australia website in line with the branding strategy, as well as with a stronger focus on accessibility and user experience. We launched an online events management platform, to also bring events bookings into a more user-friendly space and decrease internal admin time. We also used the opportunity to launch a donations platform, to encourage and support donations online. We now provide ongoing management of their website and their additional learning management site – Making Money Easy.

We create newsletters for participants and families to stay up to date with the latest topics, news or any upcoming trips away that they may be interested in.
