We grew Eb&Ive +42% in the first season of management, then 19% and 26% in the two seasons that followed. Combining digital marketing consulting to completely redesign the digital ecosystem, with our paid ads excellence, we successfully grew consistently set to the back drop of a tough economic climate.
When we commenced, the brand had seen two flat seasons following the online shopping boom of Covid. There was a need to reengage the current loyal customer base, as well as open up opportunities with new customers.
With a very strong wholesale network, the market approach needed to ensure marketing was high end, and value driven. We could not grow aggressively with the direct-to-consumer opportunity at the risk of the retail network.
We needed to drive sales whilst honouring brand integrity. We were looking to increase sales by 20% and paid revenue by 25% as well as rebuild the online conversion rate to a minimum of 1.5%
For the first 6 months of our partnership Mary-Anne worked in a consulting capacity, deeply looking at all aspects of the digital marketing. Fine combing the data, identifying gaps in UX, in Email Marketing, in Automations, in Brand, in Influencer Strategy and of course... in Paid Ads!
Mary-Anne worked with the businesses outsourced Social Media, Paid Media and Website partners. Through strategic direction gains were made in all areas, however 6 months in the business decided to shift Ads Management to the Wise Up Team.
In Summer 23/24 we completely relaunched the eb&ive website, based on learnings from heat mapping and data analysis. We worked on CRO and UX improvements, improving speed, load times as well as product page anatomy.
We redesigned the strategy of Abandoned Cart and Abandoned Browse email series’ as well as began testing different email marketing strategies – mixing editorial style and product driven campaigns.
We assessed influencers used in the previous season and created a system for stronger evaluation of influencers, engagement processes and post-campaign analysis.
After a strong initial season of ads management, we also completely rebuilt the campaign structure across Google and Meta, and looked for opportunity to leverage the then emerging AI powered ad solutions.
We grew Eb&Ive +42% in the first season of management overall, and +63% directly from ads revenue. We followed this in the next season with +19% growth and +33% directly from ads, and finally in their most recent 2024 Winter season, +26% overall with +87 directly from ads.
