This is a hands-on workshop with agency experts, designed for small business owners, marketers, students and anyone managing social media who wants more clarity and confidence. It is ideal if you are posting without a clear plan, struggling to stay consistent or want to improve your content and your results.
No. This workshop is designed to meet you where you are, whether you are just starting out or already posting regularly, but want to improve your overall social media strategy to optimisation.
Bring your laptop and a notebook if you like to jot things down, and come ready for a fully hands-on day where we actually build, test, and create together. All worksheets and guides will be provided on the day so you can follow along and take everything away with you.
Before the workshop, just make sure you can access your business accounts through Meta Business Suite and TikTok if applicable and have the Instagram app and TikTok App if applicable, installed on your phone. We’ll also be using tools like ChatGPT and Claude (free accounts are fine), and Canva Pro if you already have it, so you can jump straight into creating content during the session.
A maximum of 4 people from the same business. To ensure a personalised and interactive experience, we limit the number of attendees. This allows for in-depth discussions, one-on-one feedback, and a more engaging learning environment. Secure your spot early to avoid disappointment!

Yes! Our workshop location is conveniently situated just minutes from Sydney Airport, making it easy for interstate attendees or those travelling in for the day. There are also plenty of nearby accommodation and transport options available.

If you need to cancel your workshop booking, we require at least 7 days notice to either reschedule or provide a refund. If it is less than 7 days notice, your booking will be non-refundable. However, we will always do our best to work with you to find an alternative solution where possible.
