Problem

Bethany Linz had built a recognisable brand rooted in hand-painted wallpaper, textiles, and lifestyle pieces. With a loyal trade following and growing international reach, the brand was loved by interior designers and style-conscious shoppers. However, despite a strong aesthetic and quality products, the digital performance was not meeting expectations. 

Social media, particularly Instagram and Facebook, had strong reach and visibility but was not translating into consistent sales or sustained engagement. Paid ads were also underperforming, with inaccurate tracking inflating results and a limited variety of creative assets restricting campaign effectiveness.
