The Care Plan involves:

• SEO and Website Traffic Monitoring
• 24/7 Malware and Vulnerability Scanning
• Monthly Reports
• Human monthly check of form and site functionality

You also have access to Small Changes – Unlimited each month

A small change is generally under 30 minutes and would be text / images based.
It would not include broken functionality that needs extensive problem solving, new pages or significant page
restructuring.

Monthly Development Retainer and Website Management Support

5- 7 hours ad hoc support which can include new functionality, solving functionality issues, restructuring,
landing page development, as well as support for member issues, course or store management and advanced
problem solving.

Additional time would be quoted and charged at the ad hoc rate of $200 per hour
