The Care Plan involves:

• Daily Backups of your website
• Site Migration and Cloning as required for more complex updates
• Safe Managed Updates of your WordPress, Theme and Plugin
• Quarterly full website upgrade
• Plugin renewals management
• SEO and Website Traffic Monitoring
• 24/7 Malware and Vulnerability Scanning
• One Malware Site Clean per year, for sites hosted with Wise Up Marketing
• Monthly Reports
• Human monthly check of form and site functionality

You also have access to Small Changes – Unlimited each month

A small change is generally under 30 minutes and would be text / images based.
It would not include broken functionality that needs extensive problem solving, new pages or significant page
restructuring.

Monthly Development Retainer

Up to 1 landing page or new page, or 2-3 hours ad hoc support which can include new functionality, solving
functionality issues, restructuring etc.

Additional time would be quoted and charged at the ad hoc rate of $200 per hour
